1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • No credits have been used from the purchased package
  • Only the most recent purchase (last subscription payment or credit recharge) is eligible for refund
  • The account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service

2. What is Refundable

✓ Eligible for Refund:

  • Last credit purchase (if no credits used)
  • Last subscription payment (if no credits used)
  • Duplicate charges (full refund regardless of usage)
  • Service failures (case-by-case review)

✗ NOT Eligible for Refund:

  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago
  • Packages where any credits have been used
  • Previous purchases (only the last purchase is eligible)
  • Subscription renewals after the first billing cycle
  • Free tier credits or promotional credits
  • Partial refunds for partially used credit packages

3. Credit Usage Policy

A credit package is considered "used" if:

  • Any tool has been executed using credits from the package
  • Credits have been deducted for any service or conversion
  • The credit balance has decreased from the purchased amount

Important:

Once even a single credit is used from your package, the entire package becomes ineligible for refund. We recommend testing our free tier before purchasing credits.

4. Subscription Refunds

4.1 First Payment

Your first subscription payment is eligible for a full refund within 7 days if:

  • No credits from the subscription have been used
  • The refund is requested within 7 days of the initial charge

4.2 Renewal Payments

Subscription renewals follow the same 7-day, no-usage policy. Only the most recent renewal payment is eligible for refund.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to your credits until the period ends
  • No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription period
  • Unused credits will expire at the end of the billing period

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at support@aifreedomclub.com or use our contact form
  2. Provide Information: Include your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request
  3. Verification: Our team will verify your eligibility (purchase date and credit usage)
  4. Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  5. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Processing Time:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exceptions and Special Cases

6.1 Duplicate Charges

If you were charged twice for the same purchase due to a technical error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge regardless of usage or time elapsed.

6.2 Service Failures

If our service experiences extended downtime or technical issues that prevent you from using your credits, we may issue refunds or credit extensions on a case-by-case basis.

6.3 Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, you forfeit all rights to refunds for any purchases, regardless of usage or purchase date.

6.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback instead of requesting a refund through proper channels may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all credits and services.

Example 1: Eligible ✓

You purchased 10,000 credits 3 days ago, haven't used any credits, and realized you don't need the service.Result: Full refund approved

Example 2: Eligible ✓

You subscribed to the Pro plan 5 days ago but haven't used any of your monthly credits.Result: Full refund approved

Example 3: Not Eligible ✗

You purchased credits 4 days ago and used 50 credits to convert a PDF. You now want a refund.Result: Refund denied (credits were used)

Example 4: Not Eligible ✗

You purchased credits 10 days ago, haven't used them, but now want a refund.Result: Refund denied (beyond 7-day window)

Example 5: Not Eligible ✗

You made two credit purchases. The first was 5 days ago (unused), the second was 2 days ago (unused). You want to refund the first purchase.Result: Only the second (most recent) purchase can be refunded
